I kill people everyday,
When the money I have
Could be given away.
The clothes that I own,
Bleed as they are sewn
The food that I waste,
Feeds starvation’s waist
Technology that I buy,
Fuels war crime’s cry.
I kill people everyday,
When I do not resist.
Wonderful! The last line, though, is something to ponder. Yes or No? Hm..

Yes. Apathy and turning a blind eye is just as bad as committing the crime in my opinion. We can’t change the world but we can change ourselves and hope to create a ripple effect to lead by example.

And yet sometimes I kill people by resisting too much. For me, I have to know when to resist and when to not. Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Stay alert!

I think that is a fair statement and one I would agree with you on. I think the key to all aspects of life is balance. I wish you well on your journey!

That’s a lot to swallow but a lot harder to say, but what drives us to action? Makes me think to myself and inventory I could spread out
