Fire Alarm.

Should I run from what is surely coming?

Escape the fuse that marks the warring

To worry later what I have left behind,

A new order fought against the kind.

Would it matter if I were to stay?

A warrior for what I once believed

Fighting among the trenches of the gray,

A choiceless mind that was decieved.

Could I change what happens now?

A moment collected for a sign

Revealing that there is a how,

To follow strategy across a line.

Can I really do it with my will?

Find the source of what has been wrought

And bring my cause down to a kill,

I am the one who must be stopped

Until my own heart is still.
